The short version
- We use analytics and advertising cookies from Google, Meta and Hotjar only if you allow them. Saying no is as easy as saying yes.
- We collect what you give us when you book a call or write to us, plus the technical data every website needs to work.
- We never sell personal data.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and change your cookie choice, at any time.
What we collect and why
When you visit the website
Like every website, ours is delivered by a hosting provider and a content delivery network. They process technical data such as your IP address, the date and time of your visit, the pages you open, and your browser and device type. This is needed to show you the site and to protect it against abuse and attacks.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
When you allow cookies
If you allow analytics or marketing cookies, Google, Hotjar and Meta receive information about your visit, such as the pages you view, your clicks, your device and browser, an online identifier and your IP address. We use it to understand how the site is used and to measure and improve our advertising. The details are in the cookie section below.
Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
When you book a call
Our booking calendar is provided by LeadConnector (HighLevel Inc.). When you book, we receive the details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, company, any notes and the time you choose. We use them to schedule and hold the consultation and to send you confirmations and reminders.
The calendar loads from LeadConnector’s servers when you reach the booking section of the page, so your IP address and browser details are shared with them from that point.
Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
When you use the chat or email us
If you use the chat window (provided by LeadConnector, only if you allow chat cookies) or write to info@hologramadv.com, we receive your contact details, your message and anything you attach. Our email is hosted by Google Workspace. We use this information to reply to you and, if we start working together, to run the project.
Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), or our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
When we work together
If you become a client, we process the contact and business details needed to deliver our services, to invoice and to meet our legal obligations.
Legal basis: performance of our contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legal obligations, such as accounting rules (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Cookies
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Some are strictly necessary for our site to work. All others only run if you allow them in the cookie banner, and nothing is loaded from Google, Meta or Hotjar before that. You can change your choice at any time.
| Category | Provider and purpose | Name | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Necessary | Cloudflare: security and protection against bots | __cf_bm | 30 minutes |
| Necessary | Hologram: remembers your cookie choice and a closed language suggestion (local storage, no personal data) | hga:consent, hga:lang-hint | 6 months, until cleared |
| Necessary | LeadConnector: the booking calendar, loaded when you reach the booking section | Set by the calendar | Set by the provider |
| Chat | LeadConnector (HighLevel Inc.): the chat window | Set by the chat | Set by the provider |

For the Meta Pixel, we and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd are joint controllers for collecting data on our site and passing it to Meta. Meta is responsible for any processing after that. See Meta’s controller addendum and privacy policy, and Google’s explanation of how it uses data from partner sites.
Legal basis for chat, analytics and marketing cookies: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future.
Who helps us
We use a small number of service providers. They act on our behalf and may only use the data to provide their service to us, except where this policy says otherwise.
| Provider | What they do for us |
|---|---|
| Our web hosting provider | Stores and serves the website |
| Cloudflare, Inc. | Content delivery and protection against attacks |
| LeadConnector (HighLevel Inc.) | Booking calendar, confirmations, reminders and chat |
| Google Ireland Ltd | Email (Google Workspace), and Google Analytics if you allow it |
| Hotjar Ltd | Usage insights, if you allow them |
| Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd | Meta Pixel ad measurement, if you allow it |
We may also disclose data where the law requires it, for example to public authorities. We never sell personal data.
Transfers outside the EU
Some of these providers, or their parent companies, are based in the United States or use infrastructure there. When personal data leaves the European Economic Area, we make sure it stays protected through safeguards approved by the European Commission, such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified under it, or Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep data
We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected for. Booking and enquiry details are deleted once they are no longer needed to handle your request, unless we go on to work together. Client and invoicing records are kept for as long as accounting and tax laws require. Cookies expire after the durations listed above, and we ask for your cookie choice again after six months.
How we protect it
We apply technical and organisational measures to keep personal data secure, and we only give access to people who need it. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we work to keep the risk as low as possible.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectify data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Erase your data in certain circumstances.
- Restrict how we process your data.
- Port your data in a structured, commonly used format.
- Object to processing based on our legitimate interests.
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent. For cookies, use the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
To use any of these rights, email info@hologramadv.com. We will answer within one month.
You can also complain to a data protection authority. Our lead authority is the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee), and you can always contact the authority in the country where you live.
Children
Our services are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our website or services change. The date at the top always shows the current version. If a change matters for you, we will make it clear on the website or tell you by email.
